It was an unusually warm February day. Patrick had a free day and I was looking for a new trail to ride, so we jumped into the 4Runner and headed up to Pacifica.
Located just south of San Francisco, Pacifica is a coastal town that is known more for surfing and fog than it is for mountain biking. San Pedro Valley Park’s trails consist of mostly access roads with some aggressive singletrack mixed in for good fun.
We had no idea where to ride, so I looked up Brian Gong’s route in the park and we headed up the hill.
