Riding in Brevard, North Carolina was a lot of fun, but the clock was ticking and we had to get to our next stop. We loaded up the bikes and headed out for Chattanooga, Tennessee.
When you are driving across America riding your bike at stops along the way, you realize pretty quickly that you are at the mercy of the weather.
We continued to drive west. The weather slowly improved and it got a little bit cooler. As we crossed the Mississippi we could feel the anticipation growing. We were going to ride soon.
Bentonville! We checked into the rental, set up the bikes, and headed out for an evening on the town. TheHub was our first stop for a quick beer and the YT Mill, as always, was looking like a cool mountain bike museum!
After a relaxing evening in the new rental we woke up early and hit Coler Preserve on our rented e-bikes. It was time to ride Bentonville!
